Returns and Lost Items
In the event that you received a damaged item please contact us via the contact us page. Please be prepared to send a picture of the damage if requested and keep the packaging and product until further instructions are provided. Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
No Damage Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. Within 30 days of purchase you can return your goods, no questions asked at your expense. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Important: Please include the paperwork you received with your order or a print out of your email confirmation to enable us to process your return.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Wrong Addresses and Lost Items
Please note that if the wrong address is entered into the order, we cannot be responsible for the delivery of the item or refund its cost. If the item is returned to us by the postal service, we will process a refund as soon as it is received.
